Mona Tyler-Russell is the director of Members Insurance Center.  She comes to Members Insurance Center with superb credentials having over 20 years experience in the insurance industry.  Mona came to Suncoast Schools FCU with a vision to create an insurance agency with the best interest of Florida residents in mind by giving the promise of great insurance rates and high standards.  She is a member of the following - Florida Association of Insurance Agents, Insurance Women of Tampa, American Management Association, and International Association of Insurance Women.  Mona`s experience, academic achievement and dedication are the glue that holds Members Insurance Center together.

Tim Foster is the Agency Manager for Members Insurance Center. He has more than eight years Property & Casualty Insurance experience in the Tampa Bay market.  Tim graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor degree in Mass Communications in 1999.  As a native of Tampa, he knows the insurance environment here in the Tampa Bay area extremely well.  His previous experience helps keep focus on the credit union-insurance agency relationship.

A hard-to-find Florida native, Julie has an extensive knowledge of her home state. Her 15 plus years of insurance experience with some of the area’s largest companies makes her a great fit for us and our clients. She currently holds her 2-20 General Agents License. Personally, she’s a die-hard Bucs fan that can more than likely be found at Raymond James on Sunday’s in the fall. Julie loves her home state and currently resides in Riverview. She will definitely help solidify MIC’s overall insurance knowledge base and ability.

Danielle is a Tampa native and former employee of the mortgage processing area of SSFCU. Her prior mortgage experience gives us an extensive knowledge of the member-homeowner’s process. She is currently a licensed 2-20 insurance agent and has quickly caught on as one of our top sales consultants. Personally, Danielle enjoys watching most sports and of course the Florida outdoors. She will really help solidify MIC’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Eda is an Insurance Consultant with Members Insurance Center. She has more than twelve years Property & Casualty Insurance experience in the Tampa Bay market and currently holds her 2-20 agent's license. Eda was born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York but has lived in Florida for over 20 years. Outside the insurance world, Eda loves spending time with her grandkids, going outdoors usually swimming with or watching dolphins, and supporting the Yankees. Eda is bi-lingual which helps a good number of the credit union members as well.

Heather Garcia is an Insurance Service Specialist with Members Insurance Center. She has extensive agency experience and has worked in agencies in a few states including Florida. After moving back to Florida, Heather obtained her agent's 2-20 license. Heather has an AA degree from Santa Fe Community College and is now pursuing a BA as well. She enjoys the beach, shopping, and can normally be found at a movie theater on the weekends. Her prior agency experience has been a great benefit to Members Insurance Center.

Del Ennis is a Insurance Service Specialist with Members Insurance Center. His prior experience and background is from some of the larger insurance companies in the area. He holds a 2-20 General Agent's license. Del is originally from California and of course enjoys the warm weather. Del is an avid reader and enjoys most sports. He also misses his daughter who is away going to college. His prior experience comes with a strong customer service background which helps our agency in turn.
